We do not prepare medications of any kind, hold no standing as a compounding pharmacy under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and are not an outsourcing facility as section 503B of that Act defines one. Nothing shipped from our facility should be mistaken for a compounded preparation.
