Frequently Asked Questions For Phiogen.is
Straight answers on purity, storage, shipping, and payment — and where to write if yours isn’t here.
What is the purity of your peptides?
Every batch has to clear 99% on HPLC before it is released for sale, and the certificate of analysis documenting that exact result ships inside your order.
Are these products for human consumption?
No. Everything in the catalog is restricted to laboratory research — none of it may be given to a person or an animal, in any form, for any reason.
How are peptides shipped?
As lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, packed in a plain unmarked box. Get your order in before 2PM EST on a business day and it goes out the same afternoon.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Phiogen.is currently delivers to US addresses only. More regions are planned, and the newsletter will carry the announcement when they open.
What is your return policy?
Once a vial leaves our storage it cannot come back, so every sale is final. That said, a damaged or wrong item reported within 48 hours of delivery gets replaced or credited — our mistake is never your cost.
How should peptides be stored?
Keep lyophilized vials sealed at -20°C, away from moisture and light. After reconstitution, hold at 4°C and use within 30 days. Stability differs compound to compound — the individual product pages carry the specifics.
How do I reconstitute a peptide?
Bacteriostatic water or sterile saline, introduced slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than straight onto the powder. Swirl gently; never shake. Your research protocol dictates the target concentration.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — orders over $500 qualify, with tiered discounts for research institutions and repeat customers. Email us with what you need and we will quote it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.
How do I track my order?
A USPS or UPS tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships — every order gets one.
