What is the purity of your peptides?
All peptides are tested to 99%+ purity via HPLC. A certificate of analysis is provided with every order.
Are these products for human consumption?
No. All products sold by Phiogen are strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
How are peptides shipped?
All peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Orders placed before 2PM EST on business days ship same day.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is available for select countries — contact us for availability.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
How should peptides be stored?
Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C in a sealed container away from moisture and light. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 4°C and used within 30 days. Stability varies by compound — refer to individual product pages.
How do I reconstitute a peptide?
Use bacteriostatic water or sterile saline. Add solvent slowly along the side of the vial (not directly onto the powder). Swirl gently — do not shake. Consult your research protocol for specific concentrations.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
